Chamber golf tournament is May 17

The Cassville Area Chamber of Commerce will hold its sixth annual chamber golf tournament and luncheon at the Cassville Golf Course on Friday, May 17. Lunch will be served from 11:30 to 12:30, and the shotgun start is scheduled for 1 p.m.

The annual golf tournament is a four-man scramble. Cash prizes will be awarded for flights, crazy line and closest to the pin. Flights and places will be determined based on the number of participating teams.

The entry fee is $50 per person or $200 per team. Mulligans and five iron on hole five will be available at registration. The tournament will be limited to the first 25 teams registered.

The luncheon, which will be served inside the clubhouse restaurant, is open to all community members. Meals will cost $7 each. Door prizes, including $50 in Cassville Cash, will be awarded during the luncheon.

Reservations for the luncheon can be made by calling the chamber office at 847-2814 Reservations should be made by Monday, May 13.
