Briana Robertson, a senior at Cassville High School, has been selected for the 2013 Missouri Scholars 100, a statewide program that honors 100 of Missouri's top academic students in the graduating class of 2013. Students will be recognized at a luncheon on Sunday, April 28 at the Holiday Inn Executive Center in Columbia. The Missouri Scholars 100 is a program sponsored by the Missouri Association of Secondary School Principals. Selection is based on a formula using the student's grade point average and ACT or SAT score. Each student must meet minimum criteria including a 3.75 grade point average, a 29 on the ACT or 1,900 on the SAT, rank in the upper 10 percent of the class and have taken upper level courses on mathematics, science, English and foreign language. Qualifying students must also have excellent attendance, be an exemplary school citizen and be involved in school activity program.
