SUPPORT GROUP: Anyone who is concerned about a friend's or loved one's drinking is invited to attend the Cassville Al-Anon Family Group, which meets at 8 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Cassville.

PROGRAM: The Eagle Rock Branch Library will offer a Mardi Gras story time at 10:30 a.m. Children will enjoy a story and snacks.

CLASS: The Cassville Senior Center will offer a paint class at 9 a.m.

PROGRAM: Sixth grade through 19-year-old students are invited to play Wii games and board games at the Cassville Branch Library from 4 to 6 p.m. Snacks will be provided. For more information, call 847-2121.

SPECIAL EVENT: EmployerLink will offer the informational luncheon Preparing Employers to Fully Utilize Veterans in the Workforce at Big Baldy's in Monett at 1 p.m. The networking lunch will be held from 11 a.m. to noon.


Friday, March 1

BLOOD DRIVE: The American Red Cross will hold a blood drive at the National Guard Armory, located at 300 Chapel Dr. in Monett, from 8 a.m. to noon.

FRIDAY COFFEE: The Cassville Area Chamber of Commerce will hold its monthly First Friday Coffee networking event at Roaring River State Park. The event will begin at 5 a.m.


Saturday, March 2

PROGRAM: The Eagle Rock Branch Library will hold a birthday party for Dr. Seuss at 10:30 a.m. Attendees will enjoy cake, a story and other fun activities. All area children are invited to attend. For more information, call 271-3186.
