Tyler Anthony Creech, 27, of Broken Arrow, Okla., passed away Monday, Feb. 18, 2013, in his home.

He was born July 24, 1985, in Tulsa, Okla., the son of Carolyn Creech.

Survivors include: his mother, Carolyn Creech Sullivan and her husband, Tony, of Galena; his step-father, Junior Burnette and his wife, Becky, of Seligman; two daughters, Kayli Rickard and Kendall Creech, of Billings; one brother, Shawn Burnette, of Cassville; and grandparents, Mankie Adkins, of Owasso, Okla., Richard Creech and Karel Kolker, of Owasso, Okla., and Judy and Dwayne Henry, of Seligman.

Preceding him in death were his paternal grandfather, Kenny Burnette, and his great grandfather, Jack Creech.

He graduated from Cassville High School. He received his plumbing certification from Tulsa Technical College and was currently employed with Horizon Plumbing in Broken Arrow, Okla.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in Community Faith Chapel, Cassville. Pastor Doyle Russell will conduct the services.

Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville.

Contributions may be made to Tyler's children's education fund.
