RCB Bank has announced the promotion of Lonnie E. McCullough, Jr., to Kansas Market Branch president. "Lonnie is a great addition to RCB Bank's Ark City and Winfield markets," said Skip Mefford, current Kansas Market Branch President. "The Ag and commercial banking knowledge that Lonnie possesses further strengthens the services offered by seasoned lenders Steve Russell and Larry Hoover. We are excited to have him as part of our team, and I know the community will accept him as one of their own." McCullough, a Cassville native, previously served as senior vice president for RCB Bank in Pryor for two years before moving to Arkansas City last October with his wife Deanna. McCullough is a strong supporter of the communities in which he lives, heavily involved in community youth programs like Boy Scouts and civic organizations like the Cassville School Board, on which he served for 12 years, and the Cassville Rotary Club, in which he was a past president. He is a recent graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. McCullough is a 1981 graduate of Cassville Senior High School.
