Sherry Jean Ritchie, 49, of Cassville, passed away Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012, in her home.
She was born July 17, 1963, in Jonesboro, Ark., the daughter of Jean (Clayton) Snyder. On May 29, 2008, in Eureka Springs, Ark., she was united in marriage to Robert Ritchie, who survives.
Additional survivors include: her mother, Jean Snyder of Exeter; three sons, Jimmy DeRubba and Charles Donley, both of Kansas City, and Randy Thatcher, of Rogers, Ark.; one daughter, Rhyanna King, of Quapaw, Okla.; one brother, Kevin Lahaie, of Cheboygan, Mich.; one sister, Cathy Burton, of Cameron; and 10 grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her grandparents, Marshall and Inez Clayton, and her stepfather, Charles Ulrich.
She received her education in California, where she graduated from high school. Twenty years ago, she moved from California to Missouri to make her home. Before moving to Cassville, she had resided in Exeter. She was a homemaker and also a CNA at Mercy Hospital for awhile.
Funeral services were today (Wednesday) in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Brother Robert Pointer conducted the services. Burial was at Maplewood Cemetery, Exeter.
