Swearing-in ceremony held

Barry County Clerk Gary Youngblood swore in six county office holders during a special ceremony held in the Barry County Commission meeting room in the Barry County Courthouse on Monday. County office holders elected during the November general election included: Gary Schad, northern commissioner; Wayne Hendrix, southern commissioner; Mick Epperly, sheriff; Sherry Sears, assessor; Jim Fohn, coroner; and Pam Modlin, public administrator.
