Wednesday, December 12, 2012

The City of Seligman will host its fourth annual Christmas to Remember community dinner at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 16, at the Seligman Chamber of Commerce Event Center, located one-half mile north of the caution light on Highway 37.

The event, sponsored by the Norman Bryant Foundation, will offer local residents a free meal of turkey or ham, dressing, gravy, green beans, corn, hot rolls, dessert and a beverage.

Santa will make a guest appearance, bringing gifts to all children ages 12 and under.

Musical entertainment is also on the program, along with a play featuring Santa Claus and a reminder that Jesus is the reason for the season.

"The Norman Bryant Foundation is dedicated to feeding needy families and provide help to cancer families," said Cleta Stanley. "They host four dinners like this a year in and provide gifts to children during the holiday."
