Roller signs with MSSU

Purdy High School senior golfer Phillip Roller signed a national letter of intent on Nov. 20 to play golf at Missouri Southern State University in Joplin next year.

Roller is a three-time first team All-District selection and state qualifier.

During his three-year tenure on the Eagles' golf team, Roller has earned five individual tournament titles and nine top five tournaments finishes.

Roller also excels in the classroom. He has a 3.88 GPA and is in the top five of his class.
