CHS choir students to offer two nights to remember

Wednesday, November 7, 2012

Cassville High School music students will entertain community members during the third annual "A Night To Remember" dinner concert this Thursday and Friday. Performances will begin in the high school commons area at 5:30 p.m. each night.

The CHS show choir band will perform while attendees are arriving and locating their tables. During the concert, the NBA (No Boys Allowed) all girls show choir will perform their show "Heat," and the CHS Center Stage Show Choir will perform their competition show piece "Pressure."

The dinner show, which will be catered by Schoon Catering, will also offer performances by an assortment of soloists and small groups.

Proceeds from the event benefit the choir department and are used to pay entry fees for competitions, choreography fees and costs for costumes and musical arrangements.

Tickets for "A Night To Remember" are $12 each. Children under 12 will be admitted for $7. Tickets are available at Tomblin's Jewelry and the Cassville High School office.

"A Night To Remember" sponsors include: Fastrip; Battery Outfitters; Shumaker Tire; Starchman Insurance; Commerce Bank; Angel and Co.; Accents-N-Tents; Willis Insurance; Tomblin's Jewelry; Les Jacobs Ford; Heritage Medical; and Designs by Debbie.
