SWHS FEA students to offer tutoring

Southwest High School Future Educators of America, which was formerly known as Future Teachers of America, will offer student tutoring at the high school from 9 a.m. to noon on Nov. 10 and Dec. 15.

Tutoring sessions will be open to Southwest R-5 School District students in fifth through 12th grades. Students must bring homework, missing work or other study materials with them to tutoring sessions.

Students must sign-up for the Nov. 10 tutoring session by Friday, Nov. 9.

The purpose of FEA is to get high school students involved in their career path toward the education field prior to college.
