RIBBON CUTTING: The Cassville Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon cutting at the new location of Carey's Cassville Florist, on First Street in Cassville, at 11:30 a.m. All chamber members are invited to attend.

SPECIAL EVENT: ACCESS Family Health Care will offer information at the Crowder College Cassville Campus from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

FUN AND GAMES: The Cassville Senior Center will offer fun and games at 12:30 p.m.

SUPPORT GROUP: A grief and Alzheimer's support group will meet at the Cassville Senior Center at 12:30 p.m.

MEETING: The 2012 annual meeting of the Purdy MFA Oil Company bulk plant will be held at the Purdy Community Center from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The meeting will include a business report, election of delegates and a lunch.

FESTIVAL: The Cassville Area Chamber of Commerce's annual Fall Festival and Chili and Salsa Cook-Off will be held on the downtown square. Booths will open at 8 a.m., and chili and salsa tasting will begin at noon.

SPECIAL EVENT: The Eagle Rock Friends of the Library and the Eagle Rock Community Association will hold Howl-O-Ween Fest and Eagle Rock Daze from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. All area community members are invited to attend.

SPECIAL EVENT: The Cassville Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a Halloween Costume Parade around the downtown square beginning at 4 p.m. The parade will begin at the chamber parking lot. Children will receive a treat bag at the end of the parade.

BLOOD DRIVE: Community Blood Center of the Ozarks will hold a blood drive at Cassville High School from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

SPECIAL EVENT: Red Rose Health and Rehabilitation Center will hold Trail of Treats from 3:30 to 5 p.m. All area children are invited to attend.

SPECIAL EVENT: The Cassville Senior Center will hold a dress up costume contest at 11 a.m.

FESTIVAL: The Wheaton Historical Society will hold its annual fall festival at the Wheaton City Park beginning at 5:30 p.m. A costume contest will be held at 6:30 p.m. The event will offer food, games and treats for youngsters.
