Simply Bookkeeping opens in Cassville

Alicia Davis, owner of Simply Bookkeeping, opened the doors to her new office in Cassville on Oct. 8. The new business is located at 907 N. Main, and with its opening, Davis brings over seven years of experience to the area.

Davis, who holds an associate degree from Ashworth College in Georgia and is a certified tax preparer for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), worked alongside a certified public accountant for six years at her former Arkansas location.

"I would also like to get enrolled and obtain my enrolled agent certificate from the IRS as well," Davis said.

Currently, Davis offers services such as tax returns, bookkeeping services, payroll and payroll reports and sales tax reports.

"I'm also a QuickBooks Pro advisor," Davis said.

Davis and her family recently relocated from Arkansas to Exeter, prompting her to find a good location to open her business.

"I like this community," Davis said. "For me, making sure the job is done right is my number one priority."

Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. The office is closed on Thursdays. After Dec. 1, the office will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
