Neil Roy O'Donnell, 73, of Washburn, passed away Friday, Oct.19, 2012, in Mercy Hospital Northwest Arkansas in Rogers, Ark.

He was born June 2, 1939, in Burnett, Wis. On Aug. 2, 1986, in Burnett, he was united in marriage to Marian Borresen, who survives.

Additional survivors include: one daughter, Geraldine Cook, of Hudson, Wis.; one stepdaughter, Donna Pasch, of Washburn; one stepson, Jonathan Gilbert, of Wisconsin; one brother, Roger O'Donnell, of Spring Lake Park, Minn.; and three sisters, Marian Brinken, of Rockford, Wash., Nancy Anderson, of Chinook, Mont., and Kay Kuntz, of Hertel, Wis.

Preceding him in death were his parents, one son and one daughter.

He grew up and received his education in Wisconsin. He was a welder for Thorco Industries, from which he retired. He also made furniture and was a lineman in Wisconsin. In 1987, he moved from Wisconsin to Missouri to make his home. He was of the Baptist faith.

Graveside services were held Tuesday at Washburn Prairie Cemetery under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Rev. Joe Wogoman conducted the services.

Contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in his memory.
