Dolores Ann Jones, 100 years old, of Shell Knob, passed away Monday, Oct. 15, 2012.

She was born Jan. 13, 1912, in Chesterfield, the daughter of Charles and Lillian Miller. She had one son, Richard Jones, of Shell Knob. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Ethel Campbell and Norma Walther, and one brother, George Miller, of St. Louis. She moved to Shell Knob from Evansville, Ind., in 1989.

Survivors include: one son, Richard Jones and his wife, Pat, of Shell Knob; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grand-children.

She worked most of her life in several different positions, but worked her early years at the Federal Reserve in St. Louis. She had many talents, some of which were quilting, knitting, crocheting, handwork, porcelain dolls and ceramic painting.

There will be no formal service, but memorial contributions may be made to the LUC Boy's Ranch in Lampe.
