Sherri Clancy, 44, of Cassville, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Ark. She was born on Feb. 13, 1968, to Larry Johnson and Kathryn (Smith) Johnson in Neosho. On April 28, 1990, she was joined in marriage to Scott Clancy in Bentonville, Ark. She worked at True Value in Cassville and at George's in Butterfield for many years. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include: her husband, Scott Clancy, of Cassville; one daughter, Kayla Clancy, of the home; her parents, Larry and Kathryn Johnson, of Aransas Pass, Texas; one stepson, Christopher, and his fiancée, Julie, of Centerton, Ark.; two stepdaughters, Misty Warrington and her husband, Rob, of Dallas, Texas, and Marie Sheffield and her husband, Kevin, of Brazoria, Texas; one sister, Shannon Johnson, of Washburn; and two grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Mill Street Church of Christ, Cassville, with Ken West officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time.
