FUN AND GAMES: The Cassville Senior Center will offer fun and games at 12:30 p.m.

FUNDRAISER: Mercy Auxiliary will hold a garage sale fundraiser on Gravel Street on the west side of the hospital from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Proceeds from the event will be used to purchase a treadmill for the hospital fitness center.

SPECIAL EVENT: Cassville Area Chamber of Commerce members will gather at the chamber office parking lot at 3:45 p.m. for the organization's first Cash Mob. Attendees will walk together to the mob location.

FUNDRAISER: The annual Haven of the Ozarks Rummage Sale will be held at the VFW Hall on Highway 39 in Shell Knob from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, call 417-858-2303 or 417-695-2435.

MEETING: The Barry County Small Business Owners' Network will meet at Nickle's Flooring in Cassville at 7:30 a.m.

FUNDRAISER: The Southwest FFA chapter will hold a mule jump horse and mule show-de-o at the Southwest R-5 School District ballfields. Grand entry will begin at 10 a.m. Attendees should bring lawn chairs. For more information, call 342-1760 or 826-5719.

FESTIVAL: The 37th annual Newtonia Fall Festival will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will offer a 5K run/walk, craft booths, games, drawings, food concessions, musical entertainment, a parade and a special sesquicentennial commemoration. For more information, call 417-472-3163.

SPECIAL EVENT: The Barry County Democrat Club will offer a picnic and music at the American Legion Pavilion on Highway 112 in Cassville from 6 to 8 p.m. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet Wayne Hendrix, candidate for southern county commissioner. Those who attend are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.

FUNDRAISER: Boy Scout Troop #76 will offer Trails End Popcorn in front of the Cassville Walmart Supercenter from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Proceeds from the sale of popcorn allow Scouts to attend summer camp and participate in other activities.
