Edward Earl "Eddie" Bradford, 69, of Cassville, passed away Sunday, July 29, 2012, in Cassville Health Care and Rehab.

He was born Oct. 16, 1942, in Barry County, the son of Earl and Nadean (Jordan) Bradford. On Jan. 29, 1966, in Perryville, he was united in marriage to Merle Berkbigler, who survives.

Additional survivors include: two sons, Brad Bradford and his wife, Cindy, of St. Louis, and Craig Bradford, of St. Louis; one sister, Vera Wuellner, of Alton, Ill.; and two granddaughters.

Preceding him in death were his parents; one brother, Jim; and one sister, Barbara.

He grew up in Cassville and was a graduate of Cassville High School. He received his master's degree from Webster College in St. Louis. For 30 years, he was a math instructor, teaching at Barnwell Junior High School in St. Louis. Twelve years ago, he retired from the Francis Howell School District and moved back to Cassville to make his home. He had served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of Cassville Cruisers, American Legion and Cassville First Baptist Church.
