SUPPORT GROUP: Anyone who is concerned about a friend's or loved one's drinking is invited to attend the Cassville Al-Anon Family Group, which meets at 8 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Cassville.

BLOOD DRIVE: Community Blood Center of the Ozarks will hold a blood drive at the VFW Hall on Highway 39 North in Shell Knob from 3 to 6 p.m.

CLASS: The Cassville Senior Center will offer a paint class at 9 a.m.

MEETING: Pythagoras Masonic Lodge #383 in Cassville will meet at 7:30 p.m. at the Lodge building on Business 37.

PROGRAM: The Shell Knob Branch Library will offer the summer reading program Wild Nights at 1 p.m. The program will feature Wonders of Wildlife.

PROGRAM: The Cassville Branch Library will offer the summer reading program for preschool children Night Night at 10:30 a.m. The library will also offer Night Shivers for other summer reading program participants at 1:30 p.m.

MOVIE: The Cassville Branch Library will offer a movie for grownups at 6:30 p.m. Attendees are invited to bring their own snacks.

FUN AND GAMES: The Cassville Senior Center will hold fun and games at 12:30 p.m. Attendees are invited to bring their own snacks.

MOVIE: The Cassville Branch Library will offer a family movie at 4 p.m.


Saturday, June 23

Jolly Mill Park's Tal Wooten Memorial Music Event will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Live entertainment will be provided by The Mark Chapman Band, and a fireworks show will be held at dark. Attendees should bring lawn chairs. Admission is $5 per vehicle.

FESTIVAL: The Mountain Music and Arts Festival will be held at Mountain, which is located at the junction of Highway 265 and KK seven miles north of Pea Ridge, Ark., from noon to dark. Admission is $10. Children under 12 will be admitted at no cost. For more information, call 417-341-1010.
