Three people were injured Thursday in a single-vehicle crash that took place at 6:35 p.m. on Farm Road 2020 about two miles west of Monett.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred when the driver of a 1993 Dodge Ram, Tyler J. Tuell, 16, of Monett, ran off the roadway and struck an electrical cable box and an embankment.
Tuell sustained moderate injuries in the crash and was taken to Cox Monett Hospital. He was not wearing a seat belt.
Two passengers in the vehicle, Tristan J. Eden, 13, of Monett, and Ashlynn Steelman, 12, of Monett, both sustained minor injuries and were taken to Cox Monett Hospital. Eden was wearing a seat belt; Steelman was not.
* An Allen, Texas, woman was injured in a single-vehicle crash that took place at 12:36 a.m. Friday on Highway 76 about five miles east of Cassville. The crash occurred when the driver of a 2004 Ford Explorer, Connie D. Cole, 44, of Allen, Texas, ran off the roadway and overturned. Cole was taken to Mercy Hospital in Cassville with minor injuries. She was wearing a seat belt.
