SUPPORT GROUP: Anyone who is concerned about a friend's or loved one's drinking is invited to attend the Cassville Al-Anon Family Group, which meets at 8 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Cassville.

PROGRAM: The Cassville Branch Library will hold a program for its teen summer reading club at 6:30 p.m. The program will offer food, a film and fun.

PROGRAM: The Shell Knob Branch Library summer reading program will feature Bob Korpella at 1 p.m. Korpella will share information on bats and owls.

PROGRAM: The Cassville Branch Library will offer summer reading programs for preschool children at 10:30 a.m. and kindergarten through fifth grade students at 1:30 p.m. The afternoon program will feature the Dickerson Park Zoo.

SPECIAL EVENT: The Southwest Missouri Tea Party will hold a candidate forum at the VFW Hall on Highway 39 in Shell Knob at 7 p.m. Missouri State Senate candidates David Sater, James Strahan and Jim Strafuss have been invited to attend.
