Paul "Roger" Evans, 57, of Seligman, passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2012, at the Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Ark. He was born on May 30, 1955, son of Clarence and Hazel Morrison Evans in Garfield, Ark. He was a life-long Barry County resident and graduated from Southwest High School in Washburn in 1973. He was a carpenter in the construction industry.
Survivors include: four daughters, Tyranny Ray and her husband, Brad, of Centerton, Ark., Tammy Maddox and her husband, Clint, of Raymore, Maggie Cornell and her husband, Jeff, of Cassville, and Ashton Caton and her husband, Cade, of Rogers, Ark.; eight grandchildren; and three brothers, Denny Evans, of Seligman, Gary Evans, of Heber Springs, Ark., and Leo Evans, of Toledo, Ore.
Graveside services were held today (Wednesday) at the Ruddick Cemetery, in Garfield, Ark., with Rev. Jim Clay officiating.
Memorials may be made to the Ruddick Cemetery and entrusted to the White Funeral Home.
