Roaring River State Park, which is located only seven miles south of Cassville, is featured in this month's edition of Rural Missouri.
"Any time an organization wants to feature the park in a story like this, we are honored," said Dusty Reid, Roaring River State Park superintendent. "I believe it is great exposure for the park, the community and the entire Missouri State Parks system.
"We are very proud of the fact the park is valued by so many people across the state and the nation," said Reid. "We are always excited to have an opportunity like this one, to introduce the park and what it has to offer to even more potential guests."
In addition to the print article, Rural Missouri features Roaring River in a video that can be viewed online at www.ruralmissouri.coop.
