Cassville seventh and eighth students spent the past year writing freelance articles for the 2012 CMS Anthology, on sale now at a cost of $5. Every student who contributed to the book received a free copy. The remainder will be sold to generate funds for the 2013 edition. "This is part of the school's literacy initiative," said Terry Jamieson, principal. A private donation helped pay for this year's publication costs. "The kids are really excited about it," Jamieson said. The anthology project will be included in next year's communication arts program.
