SUPPORT GROUP: Anyone who is concerned about a friend's or loved one's drinking is invited to attend the Cassville Al-Anon Family Group, which meets at 8 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Cassville.

CLASS: The Cassville Senior Center will hold a paint class at 9 a.m.

DANCE: The Seligman Lions Club will hold a dance at the Seligman Community Center at 7 p.m. Musical entertainment will be provided by Frosty Garland and the Road Hogs. For more information, call 846-5355.

FUN AND GAMES: The Cassville Senior Center will hold fun and games at 12:30 p.m.

GRADUATION: Shell Knob School will host an eighth grade graduation ceremony at 6 p.m. All family members and friends are invited to attend.

SPECIAL EVENT: The Cassville Area Chamber of Commerce will hold its monthly First Friday Coffee at All Points Recycling from 8 to 8:45 a.m. The facility is located at Hilltop on Highway 112 south of Cassville.

GRADUATION: Purdy, Wheaton and Southwest sixth grade students will take part in a DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) graduation ceremony at the Southwest Middle School gymnasium at 10 a.m. Parents are encouraged to attend.


Saturday, May 5

DANCE: The Cassville Senior Center will hold a dance from 7 to 10 p.m. Admission is $4. Attendees are invited to bring snacks.

SPECIAL EVENT: The Cassville Area Chamber of Commerce's First Friday Coffee will be held at All Points Recycling on Highway 112 at Hilltop south of Cassville from 8 to 8:45 a.m. All chamber members are invited to attend.
