Shiveley sworn in

During a special meeting held on Friday, the Cassville City Council unanimously approved the appointment of Bill Shiveley as Cassville mayor. Noelle Harmon, city clerk, pictured above right, administered the oath of office to Shiveley before he took his place on the council.
