SWACC instructor honored Southwest Area Career Center welding instructor Ed Norman, pictured above, at left, was named as Missouri's SkillsUSA Advisor of the Year. The plaque was presented to Norman by Tyler Lowery, of Purdy, state SkillsUSA vice president. Lowery is a student in the SWACC diesel program.
