Local students inducted into honor society

The Crowder College Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) inducted 95 members on Feb. 12. Students with high academic records are eligible for membership in the National Scholastic Honor Society chapter.

Students must enroll in 12 or more credit hours during the semester and achieve at least a 3.5 grade point average to receive an invitation to join PTK.

Local students who were inducted into the chapter include: Megan Aldridge, Joshua Boley, Laura Laney, Megan May, Janay Myers and Jasmine Wolf, all of Cassville; Elizabeth Corter, of Eagle Rock; Briana Easley and Donnetta Lee, both of Exeter; Elizabeth Harris and Kristina Rivera, both of Purdy; Kayla Eagan, of Seligman; Sarah Miller and June Tippett, both of Shell Knob; and Jennifer Pendergraft, Jessica Pendergraft, Adam Ruark and Amy Swan, all of Washburn.
