Democrat Photo/Lindsay Reed On April 13, the Garden Sass Farmers' Market will open its 2012 season at the pavilion on Mineral Springs Road behind the City Park ballfields. On Monday, Nate Tucker, of Exeter, lended a hand to help his mom, Sherry, scrape and paint one of the produce tables at the pavilion in preparation for the opening of the market. Tucker and other vendors will offer a variety of produce at the market from 7 a.m. to noon each Tuesday and Friday throughout the spring and summer. Vendors will also offer produce in the Tractor Supply Company parking lot on Old Exeter Road on Saturday mornings.
