Cameron Lee Baker, 6 months, of Purdy, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2012, at University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kan. He was born Sept. 2, 2011, in Monett, the son of Bobby Baker and Kaitlyn Graves, of Purdy.

Survivors include: both his parents, Bobby and Kaitlyn; maternal grandparents, Ron and Charlotte Dutra, of Purdy, and Wade and Cheri Graves, of Cassville; maternal great-grandparents, Charles and Ruth Graves, of Republic, and Ed and Louise Dutra, of Purdy; paternal grandparents, Terry and Michelle Baker, of Monett, Teresa and Dan Rife, of Carthage, and Bobby Powell, of Pierce City; paternal great-grandparents, Frances and Bob Hayes, of Silver City, Okla.; and one half sister, Makenna Baker, of Monett.

Graveside services were held Tuesday at cemetery in Purdy with Rev. Doug Williams officiating.

Memorial donations may be made to the family.

Arrangements are under the care of Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett.
