Seligman crash injures Nixa man

A Nixa man was seriously injured in a single-vehicle crash that occurred Saturday on Highway 37 south of Seligman.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at 7:20 p.m. when the driver of a 2012 Suzuki SX4, Kevin B. Meehan, 34, of Nixa, traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a rock embankment.

Meehan was airlifted to Cox Hospital South in Springfield with serious injuries.
