New alderman Democrat Photo/Lindsay Reed Cassville City Clerk Darelyn Cooper administered the oath of office to newly appointed North Ward Alderman Ann Hennigan at the Cassville City Council meeting on Monday night. Hennigan will fill the seat vacated by Bill Hill when he assumed the position of mayor in December of 2011. Former Mayor Tracy Holle resigned from the post last year. She indicated that she plans to move from the city.
