SUPPORT GROUP: Anyone who is concerned about a friend's or loved one's drinking is invited to attend the Cassville Al-Anon Family Group, which meets at 8 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Cassville.

BLOOD DRIVE: Lowe's in Monett will host a Community Blood Center of the Ozarks blood drive from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

CLASS: The Cassville Senior Center will host a paint class at 9 a.m.

MEETING: Pythagoras Masonic Lodge #383 in Cassville will meet at 7:30 p.m. at the Lodge building on Business 37.

SPECIAL EVENT: The Cassville High School guidance department will hold a scholarship search workshop for parents and students in the 400 hall high school computer lab at 3:30 p.m.

CONCERT: The Shell Knob fifth through eighth grade band concert will be held in the gymnasium at 6 p.m.


Friday, Dec. 16

FUN AND GAMES: The Cassville Senior Center will host fun and games at 12:30 p.m.

PROGRAM: Community members are invited to make a scarf or warm hat using the no-sew method during a program at the Purdy Branch Library at 4 p.m. For more information, call 417-442-7314.

DINNER: Southwest FFA will serve an all-you-can-eat Christmas dinner in the high school cafeteria at 5 p.m. Meals will cost $7 each.

SPECIAL EVENT: The Southwest School band and choirs will host their annual holiday concert in the high school gymnasium at 7 p.m.
