Two people were injured in a two-vehicle wreck Tuesday on Highway 37 at Route W in Butterfield.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the wreck took place at 6:35 a.m. when the driver of a 1995 Jeep Cherokee, Clan L. Crane, 48, of Eagle Rock, made a left turn and pulled into the path of a 2010 Ford Taurus, driven by Pauletta M. Banes, 60, of Monett.
Both Banes and a passenger in the vehicle, Sherry F. Meier, 50, were taken to Cox Monett Hospital with minor injuries. All of the parties involved were wearing seat belts.
* An Eagle Rock man suffered serious injuries in an early morning crash last Wednesday on Highway 76 one-half mile east of Cassville. The crash occurred at 1:53 a.m. when the driver of a 2004 Chevrolet pickup truck, Donnie R. Easley, 60, of Eagle Rock, ran off the roadway and struck a utility pole. Easley was flown to Cox Hospital South in Springfield.
* Two people were injured in a single-vehicle wreck last Wednesday on Highway 39 five miles south of Madry. The wreck took place at 4:30 p.m. when the driver of a 2000 Chevrolet, James L. Kramer, 58, of Aurora, skidded off the roadway and struck a tree. Both Kramer and a passenger in the vehicle, Beth Kramer, 58, of Aurora, were taken to Cox Monett Hospital with minor injuries. Both were wearing seat belts.
