Democrat Photo/Lindsay Reed On Saturday, Lowe's Construction crews began painting the old service station located on the corner of Main and 10th Street in Cassville. Over the last few days, workers have been hand painting window sills and door frames to match the facility's red roof. The restoration project will transform the building into what it looked like in 1957. Owner Bud Lowe said that he hopes to have the exterior portion of the renovation completed by Dec. 3, which is the date of the Cassville Christmas Parade.
