MEETING: Barry County E-911 will hold an informational meeting at the Wheaton Fire Station at 6 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss a proposed one-eighth of a cent sales tax that will appear on the Nov. 8 ballot.

MEETING: Barry County Area Retired School Personnel will meet at the Monett Elementary School at 10:30 a.m. The guest speaker will be Dr. Jungmann, Monett R-1 superintendent.
