Ribbon cutting held for Kornerstone

Democrat Photo/Lindsay Reed The Cassville Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony for Kornerstone, Inc., at the chamber office on Oct. 13. Kornerstone is a community-driven organization created to provide family and community education. The organization's mission is to bridge parents, communities, schools and area resources by providing education opportunities for children, teens and adults. Programs offered by Kornerstone include: Shell Knob Early Head Start and Head Start; adult education and GED classes; NovaNet Academic Credit Recovery; Teen Moms; and Kornerstone Kids.
