WOW returns to RRSP

Outdoor fun Roaring River State Park hosted hundreds of outdoor enthusiasts during its 2011 WOW (Wonders of Wildlife) Weekend held Oct. 7, 8 and 9. The National Outdoor Recreation and Conservation School is held every fall at Roaring River and offers a variety of courses. Classes teach participants to enjoy outdoor activities while practicing personal safety and outdoor responsibility. In the photo above, a participant learns the art of rappelling.
