Tickets are now available for the 19th annual version of The Show, which will be held at the Crowder College Cassville Campus Community Center on Thursday, Oct. 20, Saturday, Oct. 22 and Sunday, Oct. 23.
"The theme is 50s and 60s," said Greg Beck, The Show director. "We will have music that represents what was happening in the world during that time period. We will start the show with a popular song from 1950 and will conclude with a song from 1969.
"Both the opening and ending acts will feature a medley," said Beck. "The costumes are also well designed and thought out. Along with a talented group of adults, The Show will feature youth from our community as well."
The Show, which will feature HomeTown Sound and the RedHots, will offer approximately two and a half hours of musical entertainment with an intermission. Concessions will be provided by Cassville High School Project Graduation.
"We really encourage people to make this a family night out," said Mindi Artherton, chamber executive director. "Kids 12 and under get in free this year, which we hope will be savings for those interested in bringing their children.
"There will be refreshments and plenty of entertainment," said Artherton. "We want you to take full advantage of all that Cassville has to offer, which includes the long standing tradition of this unique show."
