Ribbon cutting held at Sonic

Democrat Photo On Sept. 2, the Cassville Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting at the newly remodeled Sonic that is located on Main Street in Cassville. In June, Sonic completed an interior and exterior renovation, added public restrooms and new drive-up ordering stalls. In addition, the restaurant has extended its patio area and created more outdoor seating. New equipment was also added inside the restaurant. Sonic hosted the Cassville Chamber's inaugural First Friday Coffee, which gives local business owners and professionals an opportunity to network with other community members. Sonic offered free complimentary coffee and breakfast burritos during the event. Several Cassville Chamber members joined Sonic staff members Gabby Frazier, Dorinda Vincent, Angela Torres and Lacey Merlos, restaurant general manager Heather Manwarren, supervising partner Brad Hall and Chamber Executive Director Mindi Artherton for the special celebration.
