Fall activities scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 22
The Cassville Area Chamber of Commerce's Fall Festival and Chili and Salsa Cook-Off will offer live entertainment, craft booths, chili and salsa tasting, a pet parade and food vendors. Booths will open at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 22.
In addition to the fall festival, a variety of activities will be held throughout the day on Oct. 22.
The Cassville Fire Protection District will host a pancake breakfast at the Cassville First Baptist Church fellowship hall from 6:30 to 10 a.m. Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy all-you-can-eat pancakes for a donation.
The Cassville YMCA will host the Chili Runs 5K and one mile fun run at 8 a.m. The races will begin at the First Baptist Church Family Life Center parking lot on West Street in Cassville.
The second annual Cassville Education Fund (CEF) motorcycle poker run will begin at the Cassville Intermediate School parking lot, north of the Rock Gym, at 8 a.m. The poker run will offer a fun ride with four stops and end the school.

The Cassville Cruisers will host a cruise-in at the Barry County Museum at 3 p.m. No entry fees will be charged to enter the cruise-in show. Door prizes, food and music will be offered during the event.
