Donna Grace Toquothty, 72, of Shell Knob, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2011, in Brighton Ridge Nursing Home, Eureka Springs, Ark.

She was born Aug. 6, 1938, in Ocean Park, Calif., the daughter of Robert Logan and Thelma Iona (Jennings) Glass. On May 15, 1974, in New Kirk, Okla., she was united in marriage to Lee Daniel Toquothty, who preceded her in death on May 10, 2006. Also preceding her in death were her parents; one daughter, Loretta Forbeck; two brothers; and two sisters.

Survivors include: one son, Scott Allen Toquothty and his wife, Lisa, of Pensacola, Fla.; three daughters, Danise Reed, of Wichita, Kan., Terri Fowler and her husband, Rick, of Springfield, and Dena Toquothty-Crewse and her husband, Robert, of Shell Knob; one brother, Fred McLean and his wife, Marvel, of New Mexico.; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She received her elementary education in Pueblo, Colo., and then moved with her family to Wellington, Kan., where she attended junior high school and high school. For several years, she was a drill press assembler for Cessna in Wellington, Kan. Fifteen years ago, she moved from Kansas to Shell Knob to make her home.

No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Shell Knob.
