Delores Lee (Weaver) Davis, 84, of Nevada, passed away Saturday, Aug. 6, 2011, in Moore-few Care Center, Nevada.

She was born May 24, 1927, in Seligman, the daughter of L.F. "Buck" and Blanche (Roller) Weaver. In 1945, she was united in marriage to Lee Wayne Reed and to this union two children were born. In 1965, she married Dr. Braxton Davis, who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were her parents and one sister, Shirlene Voegle.

Survivors include: two children, Barry Reed, of Nevada, and Debi Hill and her husband, David, of Rock Island, Ill.; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She grew up in Barry County and received her education at Cassville, graduating from Cassville High School with the Class of 1945. In 1953, she moved from Cassville to Nevada, where she was a housewife and medical assistant. She was of the Pentecostal faith and a member of the Business and Professional Women's Association.

No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville.
