Three Cassville teens are facing charges related to a vandalism incident that occurred at the city water towers on Seventh Street earlier this month.

According to a press release issued by the City of Cassville, Richard Roland Randolph, 19, Keenan Bryant Richarz, 17, and Brandon Joshua Scott, 19, have been charged with burglary in the second degree and property damage. Charges are pending on a fourth person of interest.

On July 13, officers Bill Watkins and Robert Snell discovered the city's water towers at Seventh Street and Sky Avenue had been burglarized.

The vandalism incident included damages to a light switch, wire mesh on a door, hasp on a shed and an emergency radio transmitter repeater, which belongs to another agency.

The suspects also allegedly pulled wire out of electric boxes and damaged the fence surrounding the towers. Over a dozen street and other signs were stolen during the incident.
