Monett women injured in crashes

A three-vehicle collision on Highway 37 just north of Highway B in Purdy on Monday resulted in serious injuries to a Monett woman.
The crash occurred at 4:15 p.m. when the driver of a 1994 Chevrolet Astrovan, Rachel A. Harris, 32, of Monett, crossed the center line and collided with a 2007 Toyota Tundra, driven by Cynthia D. Hess, 52, of Monett. The Hess vehicle then skidded across the center line, striking a 2008 Peterbilt, driven by Mark R. Isom, 51, of Mt. Vernon.
Hess and Harris were both transported to Cox Hospital South in Springfield with serious and moderate injuries respectively. Isom sought his own treatment in a private vehicle.

* A single-vehicle wreck on Farm Road 2012 one mile north of Reavisville on Monday sent a Monett woman to a Springfield hospital. The crash occurred at 2:25 p.m. when the driver of a 2001 Dodge Stratus, Natashia A. Hendershot, 18, of Monett, went off the right side of the roadway. Hendershot overcorrected, lost control of the vehicle, went off the left side of the roadway and overturned. Hendershot was taken to Cox Hospital South in Springfield with moderate injuries.
