Chamber holds ribbon cutting for YMCA rock wall

Democrat Photo The Cassville Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for the Cassville YMCA's new rock wall on July 18. The new feature is 10 feet tall and 24 feet wide with a foam pit below. Open climbing will be offered during the facility's normal operating hours. The wall is intended for beginning and intermediate skilled climbers of all ages. The project was funded through a grant provided by the Chaney Foundation.
