A blazing Fourth

Democrat Photo Saturday's Freedom and Fireworks show, which took place at Monett's South Park, was a blazing success judging by the oohhh's and aaahhh's of the crowd during the annual Fourth of July fireworks display, provided AM Pyrotechnics, of Buffalo. Those attending also had the opportunity to visit over 60 vendors which provided everything from funnel cakes and lemonade to chainsaw art demonstrations and inflatable fun for children throughout the afternoon and evening festivities.
