Ralph Junior Paul, 76, of Cassville, passed from this life, Tuesday, June 7, 2011, at his home.

He was born Sept. 27, 1934, in Washburn, the son of Ralph Nelson and Cleo Nadine (Hendrix) Paul. On June 29, 1958, in Butterfield, he was united in marriage to Wanda Norwood, who survives.

Additional survivors include: two daughters, Teresa Davis and her husband, Kevin, of Verona, and Angela Pickert and her husband, Greg, of Seymour; three brothers, Lloyd Paul, of Washburn, Charles Paul, of Cassville, and Glenn Paul, of Washburn; one sister, Thelma Day, of Exeter; four grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.

Preceding him in death were his parents and one infant sister.

He received his education at Washburn and grew up in that area. From May 2, 1956, until April 17, 1958, he served in the United States Army in Germany. For 25 years, Ralph was employed for the Missouri Department of Transportation as a maintenance crew leader. He was a member of Cassville First Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon.

Funeral services were held Saturday at Cassville First Baptist Church under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Rev. James Weaver and Rev. John Duncan conducted the services. Burial with military honors was at Washburn Prairie Cemetery, Washburn.
