Vickie K. Sutton Walters, 47, of Butterfield, passed away Sunday, April 3, 2011, in Neosho.
She was born Oct. 8, 1963, in Bakersfield, Calif., the daughter of Harold E. and Beulah I. (Bolton) Smith. On March 2, 2010, in Wheaton, she was united in marriage to William Bud Walters, who survives.
Additional survivors include: two sons, Mathew Glukert and his wife, Samantha, of Washburn, and Blake Roberts, of Monett; her mother, Beulah Terry, of Butterfield; her father, Harold Smith and his wife, Frances, of Pulaskifield; two sisters, Sherry L. Lakeman and her husband, Mike, of Fort Scott, Kan., and Lora J. Cahalan, of Butterfield; two brothers, Danny E. Smith, of Monett, and Denny E. Smith, of Monett; a half-sister, Amanda Smith, of Pulaskifield; a half-brother, Shane Smith, of Monett; and five grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her grandparents, Stephen Douglas Bolton and Albert and Irene Gentry; and a stepbrother, Bobby Terry.
She received her education at Cassville, where she spent much of her life. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Cassville.
Graveside services were held today (Wednesday) at Oak Ridge Cemetery, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Pastor Robert Day conducted the services.
