Beatrice (Bea) Booth, age 93, passed away on Nov. 29, 2010. She was born to Paul A. and Nadine (Baltz) Parnell in Marlow Oklahoma, where she grew up and completed high school. Bea was married to William G. Booth on October 28, 1935. William preceded Bea in death, in 1967, after 32 years of marriage. Bea retired from Tinker Air Force Base, in Oklahoma City in 1985.
Bea was the beloved mother of two sons, Dr. Kerry G. Booth, and Bill Alan Booth, who preceded her in death, 11,5,2010 and 1,29,2010. Bea is survived by daughters-in-law, Rea Booth, and Evelyn Booth, and was affectionately known as "Grandmother BB" to a loving family of four grandchildren and their spouses, Deborah and Alex Nesterenko, Nick Booth, Tiffany and Chuck Minor, and Eric Booth, two step-grand children, eleven great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, and their families.
Beas' greatest legacy and challenge to her family and loved ones, is the love of reading, and a ceaseless search for knowledge, compassion, and understanding. To facilitate her wishes, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Freedom Hospice of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
